My City Apartments was born from over two decades of experience in marketing and events — and a clear gap in what apartment communities were getting from generic agencies. Property managers were being handed cookie-cutter campaigns by people who didn't understand the multifamily world, and it showed in the results.

For over 11 years, we've been embedded in this industry — learning it, living it, and building marketing solutions that actually move the needle for apartment communities. We know what leasing teams deal with daily, what residents respond to, and what it takes to stand out in a crowded market.

Today, My City Apartments handles full-service marketing for communities across the Southwest and Texas — digital advertising, social media, website design, and Prospect ID — all under one roof, with one team that knows your world inside and out.
